Superhero Vs Real life hero

This is my google drawing work about superheros and real life heroes we had to do a definition battle with our buddies in class and this is my one that I have done.

Fun Splash Day

On Wednesday 18 of February Tamaki Primary School went to the pools. We went in to the bus and people were singing their songs but at the same time, there was a lot of talking. We went to the pools to have fun and so we can enjoy being there with our friends, Families and teachers. When I walked into the pools my eyes first laid on the clear blue water. The teacher called out you may go and change when I went to change a lot of girls were really excited as they were changing they were screaming, laughing, talking and gossiping about different things that are not about the pool picnic.

After everyone got changed they all got called to come and sit down so that we could all hear the rules. When they finish saying the rules the junior kids went with their teachers and the senior kids went with Ms Aireen to do the duathlon. All the senior syndicate sat down on the grass to listen to the instruction and then all the student council had to stand up so that we could choose the groups for the duathlon.

After we finished choosing our teams the duathlon started we had to swim 1km when I was swimming in the pool I could hear people saying hurry up, come on, go faster and many things we had to also run 2km when I was running with my team I could smell the smelly water and I could hear people saying hurry up we have to win, run faster, walk faster, go get the slow kids and we are almost their. 

Finally it was lunchtime and we ate our lunch which was sausage sizzle we had to wait in the line and when we got our sausage we all sat down and ate. After eating our sausage Ms Aireen gave the instruction on where we could swim and then when people jumped into the water and the sound I could hear was !BOM!, !POW! and  Splash and many more.

Later on the day the manager of the pools came out and allowed us to go on the diving board only the people that could swim could go on the diving board. When everyone finished having a go on the diving board we got to have free time when we were having free time their was a lot of people that was splashing, Dunking, playing their own games, chating, playing with girls and many more. 

After we had free time we had to go change and a lot of people ran into the changing room and got change fast. We all got into the bus and when I looked at other students their faces they were all tired. When we got back to school we went to our classrooms and we waited till the bell rang and then went home.

This is my recount that I have been working hard on during class. This recount is about the day that Tamaki Primary School went for a pool picnic day on Wednesday 18 February.
